Dynamic IP Agency, has its roots in Acsinte Dumitru Calinoiu & Associates Law Firm and it was created to deal exclusively with Intellectual Property challenges. Therefore, to know about Admarque means to know at least a bit about the Law Firm that started it. Acsinte Dumitru Calinoiu & Associates Law Firm has deep experience in Corporate Law and related legislation, in many industries, by providing full corporate services, beginning with the establishment of Romanian companies, green fields and corporate governance assistance. Our legal assistance was also needed in complex reorganization matters such as mergers, spin-offs, debt-to-equity swaps, capital increases, shares transfers, etc.
